Kreative is agile, fast-paced, and highly skilled. We also apply the structure of industry best practices such as ISO, CMMI, PMBoK, NIST, FISMA, and FedRamp using dynamic, flexible, and often “Kreative” ways to get measurable results that are perfectly tailored to meet each client’s business goals and mission.

We are a CMMC Registered Provider Organization (RPO) approved by the CMMC Accreditation Body. As an RPO in the CMMC ecosystem we provide advice, consulting, and recommendations to our clients in order to help them adequately prepare for a successful assessment.

We have helped organizations implement process change management controls for CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), ISO (International Standards Organization), and CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) which encompasses other industry frameworks.
Kreative is a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and an SBA (Small Business Administration) certified 8(a) business. We have been in business for eleven (11) years and to date have had 100% success with 3rd party assessments for our customers, demonstrating effective change management controls and our ability to implement business processes that align with business missions. In addition to our 100% success rate, our customers have had such great faith in us that over the years our business has grown predominantly from business referrals. We do this extremely well and eat our own dog food. In other words, we practice what we preach! Just as we support our customers, we also have our CMMI and ISO quality and process improvement 3rd party certifications.

In addition to CMMC consulting, we are experts in guiding organizations through the process of achieving DFARS Compliance by implementing NIST 800-171 security measures for defense against unwarranted cyber incidents. United States Department of Defense contractors that collect, store, or transmit Covered Defense Information (CDI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) are required to comply with DFARS 7012 compliance regulations as of December 31, 2017. All prime contractors and their subcontractors must comply with DFARS or risk losing their corresponding government contract….and Kreative can help!
